the nipple stimulation encourages more uterine contractions and prevents hemorrhage. but i think it would make more sense simply to let the baby breastfeed and get the same result

WTF IS GOING ON
I am not a midwife. I am what is called a “doula”. I attend births, but I am hired directly by a woman to be there with her and coach her during her labor. There is no possible way I can explain the problems with this birth in a short little comments section. BUT, I will send you an email…if I can figure out how to do that. I have much respect for Russia - I had a Russian coach in Acrobatics when I was a teen. This is not me looking down at you at all. But improvements could be made.
what is bad on this birth? she have not much pains. or what do you think? the dactors are not good maybe. and to many doctors. or? are you a midwife?
I’ve seen a lot of births, this is by far the most sad I’ve ever seen. Birth can be such a pleasant and powerful experience. I am so horrified that this kind of thing is still going on anywhere! This poor woman…I’m just hurt for her and her baby. I doesn’t have to be like that!!!!

This seems like a scene right out of the middle ages. My God! She cannot take charge of the birth of her own child. They treat her like a child. I am SO glad that I an having my baby in this day and age and with some very good assistance.

What the helll….why was he flickin her stomach? If that was me, i would have punched him in the face or kicked him!! These people need to go to a real hospital (in america) where it looks normal!! where family is there coaching you and doctores arnt flicking your stomach and look like they are going to steal your baby and put in on the black market!!!
